      Good working environment, very team oriented

      Cons

      Salary, could be better. Most of the experienced talent both on and off air, leave after a few years. There is only a handful of people who has been there a long time, and most of them are from that particular market. There is a lot of people with zero experience in this market (58). So there are a lot of learning curves, and teaching to do for those individuals.

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
