      Pros

      the health benefits are amazing- especially maternity leave. And I love my team- the other producers and talent are so great and we have so much fun together in the mornings!

      Cons

      as a morning news producer I have almost zero work/life balance. I have to sleep during the day, I’m almost too exhausted to play with my toddler, and I don’t have time to hang out with friends anymore.

      It's a good learning experience, hardly can say it's worth it though.

      Cons

      Terrible management and work load. They'll squeeze everything they can out of you and give you very little in return.
