      Pays WELL! Plenty of free time on the company watch to walk around, sit under trees and cause trouble. Free money the more problems you cause. Jsut call corporate and say that your general manager is harrassing or is bieng cruel to you and you can lie on them asn stay and get paid! $$$

      Cons

      Incentives for the scrubs of the city. Second and third chance station. Mediocre is welcomed, no penalty is issued if you suck.

      Flexible work environment - hybrid

      Cons

      Heavy workload, way below market compensation for the amount of responsibility, very limited advancement opportunities & uneven workload distribution among teams. In my experience, leadership made repeated statements about promotion opportunities in career growth that ultimately did not materialize. I felt that expectations were set that weren’t followed through on, which made it incredibly difficult to trust leadership. Transparency and follow through on career development could be significantly improved.
