1. There is no bench policy here. Once the client releases the resources, you'll be on notice. 2. Job Security can be a bit shaky because clients often extend contracts quarterly, and any budget change might prompt you to seek new opportunities. 3. It's tough to predict conversions. They can only happen if you're fortunate, regardless of your hard work, as they always depend on clients budget. 4. Salaries aren't always aligned with market standards. You might be earning less than you would elsewhere. 5. Finding a reliable laptop can be challenging, as the ones provided often have issues. 6. There aren't any new assignments after the current project wraps up.
