Pros

Can scam money by squeezing contractors’ salary and crying fake tears. The rest of Teksystems office in the world are amazing. Only APAC management especially Hong Kong is a real horror movie.

Cons

Corporate Bullies with Empty Lives – This Is What Workplace Toxicity Looks Like in 2026 Listen up, Hong Kong. If you’re scrolling Glassdoor or LinkedIn wondering whether TekSystems Hong Kong is “the right move for your career,” let me save you the regret: it’s not a company. It’s a playground for grown adults who have zero life outside the office and treat backstabbing as a full-time side hustle. I saw it. And now I’m calling it out loud and clear. The so-called “leadership” at TekSystems HK is literally a clique of bullies who’ve built their entire identity around office politics. These people don’t have hobbies, they don’t have families they actually spend time with, and they sure as hell don’t have any real skills left – so they weaponise gossip, favouritism, and gaslighting to stay relevant and keep collecting their unethical money. Every day is the same pathetic game: throw someone under the bus before lunch, spread rumours in the pantry by 3pm, then pat each other on the back for “winning” while the rest of the team quietly burns out or quits. Their lives are so painfully empty that the only dopamine they get is from watching good people break. That’s not exaggeration – that’s the culture. They don’t hire talent; they hire victims and scapegoats. And if you dare speak up, question the nonsense, or – God forbid – actually do your job well, congratulations, you just became target number one. This isn’t “corporate culture.” This is straight-up psychological warfare dressed up as a staffing agency. And it’s disgusting that in 2026 we still let places like this operate in Hong Kong while pretending “work-life balance” and “inclusivity” are real things. To every recruiter, contractor, and fresh grad thinking of signing on: run. Your mental health is not worth their toxic paycheck. Your self-respect is not a bargaining chip for their pathetic power trips. And to the empty suits at TekSystems Hong Kong reading this right now (because we all know you obsessively check every review): this is your mirror. Look at it. You’ve turned a workplace into a battlefield because your real lives have nothing else going on. How sad is that? Society needs to stop normalising this nonsense. Toxic workplaces don’t just “happen” – they’re built and protected by people who have nothing better to offer the world. TekSystems Hong Kong is exhibit A. Rate: 1/5 (and that’s being generous) Would I recommend to a friend? I wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy work here. Spread this far and wide. The more we expose these corporate bullies, the less power they have. – An ex-employee who finally got the hell out and refuses to stay silent. Hong Kong deserves better.

Pros

Good opportunity to learn on the job. Able to meet with people in the industry both with TEKsystems and Microsoft. Good hands on experience with an AI data center

Cons

Sever lack of work 80% of days. Contract position got let go 3 months ahead of earliest anticipated date. Low overall responsibility within role (most contractors could only work basic tickets. Anything requiring more troubleshooting was reserved for full time employees). TEKsystems management was far removed from what was actually happening day to day onsite. Was led to believe that there would plenty of contract to hire positions when there were only a handful and were already taken.
