Pros
You will have a greater appreciation for every company after you quit. I've heard many of the positive reviews are fake so beware and ask people who currently work there and those who have quit their opinion before accepting an offer.
Cons
Time put in is not always equivalent to what you earn. You could work 13 plus hours and someone else could work 8 and the outcome could be the same or they could end up making more money than you. You need to be a member of the Director's clique to get good business and get promoted. This means drinking after work, even if you don't want to and brown nosing your way to the top. The culture is all the same, some locations are worse than others in regards to HR violations (extreme). Overall the entire company will make you miserable. The honeymoon stage ends fast and you will be looking for a new job within 3 months. Don't fall for the fake vibes, run away and decline your offer. Don't do it to yourself.
