Pros
If you meet your numbers and put in a strong work ethic, then you will be compensated well. People will help you as long as you are trying. The culture is unmatched - I love everyone that works in the office. Happy hours! Plenty of room for advancement as the company is constantly evolving
Cons
Personally, this wasn’t the place for me due to the lack of work/life balance. It’s a sales job so expect to work more than 40 hours a week. If you are someone that wants a 9-5, 40 hrs a week, kind of job - this isn’t for you. Again, since it is sales, the grind never stops! You will start to gain momentum and start making money quickly but it’s likely that sales will drop and your pay will be reflected on that - unstable pay. The company is ran based on old school thinking. No flex hours or remote days until you hit your sales goal which takes about 1.5 years to do. There is zero diversity in the office and the diverse people that they have left, are hating it. Culturally insensitive at times. Extremely cliquey
