In One word - Worst 1. Regarding appraisal: They say it as Jan to Dec but they start the process after Dec only and you will get revised compensation letter in May(almost after 5 months). 2. No shift allowance. 3. No cab facility. 4. All are manual process, few are automated there too we need to follow up more than 10 times. 5. Reward and Reorganization is completed worst(totally 3 to 4 months to get your reward points for your out standing performance from client. Note: with multiple follow up ). 6. Even for timesheet we have partial manual process. 7.They hide 6 leaves from your total leaves by stating Emergency leave.(this we can avail only if admit in hospital for more then 2 days). 8. Promotion purely based on Client Manger side. it completely unacceptable.
