Quick placement. Responsive to questions, to tell you they can't/won't help you in any way.
Cons
They literally have two different employee handbooks, one for recruiters, one for everyone else. They're too short sighted to see treating the employees they hire out to other companies to do technical work is what their entire business is built on and eventually they will run out of meat for the grinder.
