Pros
Great place to learn the IT staffing business. They provide solid training and structure for someone coming out of college. Put in long hours & learn the processes, you'll make a decent living but probably not as much as you'd think.
Cons
While it's a great place to learn the industry you should leave after a couple of years to make more money. Once you've learned the business you'll be able to bring in a lot more working at a smaller company that will offer more to their producers. After 2 very successful years with TEK I left and 2 years later make literally double what I did then. Corporate policies favor employees with long tenure (10+ years with the company) and continue to change to favor those employees, offering less to those newer to the company. Up to you if you want to sign up for the long haul but I'd still say you'll see a lot more financial reward and career growth at a less established firm. I don't hold it against them. I'd do the same if I were in their shoes, which is why I'm building up a smaller firm where I'm the one to set the foundation.
