Opportunity for advancement, candid feedback, management who invests in you personally and professionally, work for best in industry, best tools/resources in the industry, very low attrition relative to other sales organizations
Cons
Healthcare benefits are a bit expensive, have to be willing to put extra hours in when you first start (like most sales careers), you have to be willing to work hard for your commission when you first start - not just handed to you. Once you get up and running, very high earning potential
