Pros
I met a lot of great friends working here. You get a lot of good training and will have great work ethic here after a while here. They try to make the culture like other startups in the bay area, but it just isn't. It's a great first job but then go somewhere else where you can make more money. If you want to go into sales you have a potential to do well, if they give you the right accounts. If not, you won't make anything and can make way more money somewhere else.
Cons
They micro manage the crap out of their employees. They will want to know what you're doing at al times during the day, and how you're doing it. Part of the culture is sharing your whole life story and having no privacy. If you want a work/life balance + a life outside of work, probably not the place. They really want to know everything about your life outside of work and its very intrusive. Money sucks. Like I said, go here to get good training, and then leave and work for another company in the bay area where you will make soooo much more cash. You make money based on how many hours someone else works. You can actually get negative pay if they work overtime. Its messed up. You also have to do a lot of shady things to make more money (lie to contractors about how much the company wants to pay). It just felt wrong taking money away from someones family just to get a few more bucks a week for the company. Theres a lot of turnover at this company and you'll see people come and go a lot. They promote people just because they drink the Kool-aid, but a lot of times they aren't good leaders.
