Pros
Fine for someone trying to get their foot in the door but the pay is no better for experienced help Tek Systems is more interested in padding their pockets than they are in placing quality help.
Cons
Low pay and little chance of a perm position unless you have worked with them for 3 years or more and with the poor pay scale that's tough to do, I have seen many temp workers go more than 7 years at the same work location before getting even a slim chance for permanent hire. The environment creates a poor attitude among the temps low pay combined with inexperienced makes for very difficult working conditions at the client sites as the clients have little confidence in temp workers who are often seen as competition by full time workers who are afraid of being replaced.
