Pros
I worked at TEKsystems for 9 years, starting right out of college. The training is great and they really focus on developing their recruiters and Account Managers to be successful. There are several different career paths depending on what you are passionate about- delivery, sales, professional services, operations, etc. TEKsystems hires great people- the culture is something that really kept me engaged my whole career- some that have become close friends to this day. It is a work hard/competitive culture but really focused on hitting your personal and professional goals, caring about the growth as a team, and about you as a individual. I have nothing but great things to say about my career and how much I had the opportunity to develop and progress.
Cons
With any sales environment, it takes a lot of work and effort in the beginning to see the success. If someone is motivated and dedicated, they will help you to get there. This is not just a 'job', need to have the perspective of a long term career as it takes some time to build out. You are consistently working with a lot of people (Clients, Consultants, Internal), which can be challenging but very rewarding depending on what you are looking for in your career!
