Low salary, no vacation/holiday/sick days, Crappy benefits, you would think a company that has thousands of "employees" would be able to offer benefits at a good price, they wanted $600 a month to cover me and my Wife, 60% coverage with a 25k max out of pocket. I can get better benefits on the open market for less. The only reason they are a "highly rated company" by there employees is because they get survey results from there 500 or so in house staff employees, survey the thousands of contractors that have the misfortune work for them, the results would be far different. There recruiters low ball you on salary, you really have to be in demand for them to budge on salaries.
