Pros
-Great work place culture - Can work overtime and nobody really cares - Flexibility if need to leave for appointments or early for something. Good about giving you time off. - PTO - The office is really nice, kitchen and free coffee. - The relationships you make. You don't have to just sit at your desk all day you can walk around and go talk to people. I really met some great people here. - Hands off, this is my favorite part about TEK. They dont look over your shoulder all day, dont care if you're on your phone... If you get your work done you can basically do whatever you want.
Cons
-CLIQUEY!!!!!!!! Work culture can be VERY much like high school - The amount of stress you deal from corporate is really not worth it. Producers feel like they can talk to you however they want and will receive no backfire for doing so. - They promote supervisors with only 3 months of experience. Not a good move. Also, popularity contest and not really promoting off of skills and guidance. - Same thing every week, no diversity in the role. Mon & Tues payroll, Wed-Fri you do a lot of data entry. But I guess thats the role you sign up for. The reports SUCK that you have to do. - You do A LOT of other things aside from Time & Expense and they should really give a pay increase because they make you do a bunch of reports and data entry outside of payroll. This really isn't a "Time & Expense" role... you really do business operations but, underpaid. - A lot of people quit, high turn over. I started with a hiring class of maybe 35 co workers and almost more than half are no longer there.
