Pros
The people are cool mostly.
Cons
There is way too much of an ask from the employee in the BOA position compared to the compensation and accommodations provided. I have been here for a few months now. I have way too many meetings that eat into my workload. The workload is ridiculously disproportionate compared to the pay. You are expected to audit reports, submit them on time, follow up with client requests and requests from account managers, and maintenance anything wrong with your books of business for less than $50K (before taxes). OT is capped at 5 hours a week so you spend your days skipping breaks and moving around meetings to get your work done. That is frowned upon. They start you off with 40 hours PTO but it’s not given up front. You have to earn it. For anyone with a family and young children, find something better. Account managers are condescending and they make way more money than the back office teams even though we do a lot of the follow up and work for the accounts. Management allows it. Everyone around me is miserable and complains about pay. If and only if you somehow manage to earn your quarterly bonus, it is only a max of $1K and the best billers have only earned a fraction of that for a quarter. I really hate working here and I think about hurting myself often when I’m here
