Pros
I am contractor for TEKsystem so this is from my experience. They are an awful tech company and you can definitely do better else where. No connections for anything. No partnerships.. nothing about them is tech or would even help you future your career. - Weekly Pay That’s about it.
Cons
- NO PTO. If you want PTO, they will take it from your salary or hrly pay from what I can tell. They also don’t say anything and wait until you ask for it. They also would rather you use your sick day which is awful. Awful contract. - No way to move up in Tech. This company sucks, there’s NO WAY to move up in the tech field, if you need a voucher for those tech exams or even like certification. Go else where. They don’t have any sort of partnership with anyone which sucks because you’re on your own. Want a A+ for your career? NO vouchers. Want to further your career with Dell/HP/Lenovo tech? NO partnership so you can’t even get the certification.
