Pros
I met some great people (my entire team left, nearly at the same time)
Cons
Team leads, other recruiters and Account Managers lie to their consultants about remote work availability, and compensation. If you are open and honest with your consultants you will be pressures to lie in order to get a consultant to accept a position they are trying to fill you are also expected to be available for work related calls "emergencies" while on PTO Performance metrics must be met even if you are on PTO- for example you must speak with 20 candidates per week conduct at least 3 in person/virtual interviews and have up to 2 hires even if you take that week off for a vacation- if you don`t have these metrics met before leaving for PTO your are expected to double your performance when you get back you are a salaried employee (they do offer commission but it is extremely low, for example on a hire that brought in $1000 my commission on that hire would be $10) but you are expected to work 7a-7p- they ay there is remote work flexibility but you are VERY pressured to be in the office everyday- even when you have an emergency ex. the humidity condesnor on my a/c was clogged and flooded my front two bedrooms and I needed to have a HVAC professional come out to fix the issue. I requested to work from home that day and my manager told me no that I should just leave my house unlocked for the HVAC guy. I had a dog and I lived in an unsafe neighborhood so I just stayed home that day. These are only the major issues that I personally experienced that had me looking for a job ASAP. I literally took a short term contract to get away from this company and find an ethical employer. Nearly everyone from my team had an experience with leadership that was illegal (various types of harassment or discrimination) and left accordingly
