Pros
- work from home, choose hours your own hours (kinda) - constant "wellness" drivel that gets spammed to your e-mail?
Cons
- hours are not guaranteed -- first come first serve - tasks frequently run out leaving one with no work available - tasks typically drop in mid/late morning, leaving anyone that prefers evening work typically out of luck. - feedback from support is typically unhelpful, doesn't help us do our job - every ~2 weeks you'll get to play "am I getting fired?" because feedback has come back and they'll fixate on a one/few inaccuracies ignoring the other ~300-400+ tasks completed that week. - their guidelines for task completion should objective, but rarely can said guidelines be applied in anything but a subjective manner. See above point about worrying about getting fired. - low'ish pay. $13hr isn't great for the volume/difficulty of some of these tasks. - Recent data-breach in October exposing worker information, so this 2 star review is getting knocked down to 1 stars. Can't recommend working for a company that can't secure their damn data.
