Pros

Was a great learning experience at first when transitioning to a business development role. Got along very well with colleagues.

Cons

Soon became wrought with underhanded sales tactics that were encouraged by sales managers whom would then deny their existence later on to upper executives. What was originally a bizdev/outbound sales style team eventually began to get phased out in lieu of call center type sales once upper management changed.

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
