Pros

They were sooo generous as to give us a healthcare plan

Cons

The pay, we were told we were part-time but since they were doing massive layoffs, had full-time hours without full-time benefits (mostly vacation days), was told during the end of training that it was a sales position, which is incredibly difficult to do when the customers that are calling have a billing issue (which is all of them), scrutinous surveillance (they watch your screen), and no BATHROOM BREAKS outside of actual breaks.

Pros

Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

Cons

Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
