Pros
- good opportunity for uni students looking for flexible working hours; - I worked acorss multiple projetcs - overall the collegues were nice and we were friends( however, we were mostly students, so maybe this helped too) - depending on the project the targets required are reachable and you don't feel stressed - LGTBQ friendly(note i workied till February 2024)
Cons
- they may promise working from home for certain projecr, however, it might never happen(happend to me and a few of my collegues); - if you know German, the salary was good, for English speakers - it was below average for the requirements they look for
