The most important reason is my mortage and working here has been good especially in the Clearnet days but Telus just shows it like all the other giants out there, they don't really care in my opinion. Clearnet was rated in the Top 5 for places to work in Canada consistently and Telus can barely maintain Top 50 in BC and I think that sums it up. There are many reasons but if your in you get the perks and the promotions but if your not a YES person then you might be in trouble. Now there is always the exception to the rule but those management types are far in between.
