Not a good Place - Tech Support TELUS Employee Review

Everything. Benefits are expensive. A lot of run around with getting hired and actually starting a training class; Was supposed to have started in Feb, but didn't start until April because they kept canceling training classes and then I get Fired during training because I was given wrong information by the trainer. Some of the employees there stated that bed bugs were an issue in the call center.
