      Pros

      Strong benefits program, excellent opportunity to change careers multiple times within the same company. Industry is exciting and company makes sound business strategies.

      Cons

      This is a company that does not practice the values that it preaches. It is conducive to a yes-man culture and support hierarchy is more concerned with saving their own skin over developing others. Middle management is a hypocrisy.

      Pros

      Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
