Pros
Everyone was so pleasant to work with, an awesome company, liked the atmosphere, and I miss all the amenities, like free coffee, a game room, huge cafeteria, a gym, lockers, and though you can’t have your phone on the production they don’t stress you about it like other companies.
Cons
Don’t put so much pressure on employees who are trying hard but having difficulty with the lingo, or learning a new way to do things, some people are slower learners than others and It takes time for them to adjust and to change their verbal abilities and learn what you want them to use on every call, and unless it’s a major error in speech, if overall the call was completed and the customer was happy, don’t make the employee feel like they’re not doing good as others.
