Pros
Great pay and perks (employee phone plan, profit sharing plan).
Cons
Sales pressure and objectives have increased significantly throughout the years. Part time employee health benefits were very good until recently; was one of the reasons that I stayed with the company for so long. Now they have hardly nothing. Over the past decade, I have felt that they have moved away from their core values from when I started out.
