They have payed for me to learn more. This helps them as much as it helps me but I still appreciate all the money they invest in their own people! I work downtown and have the option of working from home on off-shifts if I need to. My job function is very portable and management has made changes to benefit the employees. I love my job! Often when we do good things for customers we get recognized by management if the customer makes the effort to notify the management team!
