      -Many opportunitites to learn a new skill and move to a different side of business - No requirement to work from the office - Competitive benifits

      Cons

      - Starting salary should be negotiated carefully, improving pay internally is not always easy - 3 weeks of vacation to start ( not completitive with other offers on the market)

      Pros

      Direct supervisor and clinical team members were excellent!!! Very supportive.

      Cons

      Lots of restructuring and program changes happening within the EAP . Not a stable place to work at the moment. Low pay. Caseload expectations of 7 clients per day (3 intakes + 4 follow up appts) with 30 minutes for lunch and 30 minutes for admin.
