Telus believes in promotion from within. Management ensures that training and development opportunities are provided to help in achieving your career goals. They are amazing at providing a great balance of work/personal... I have even had them insist that I take vacation time. Our vacation and balance time/benefits package is far superior to anything else I have encountered in the retail industry. We are extremely well paid for the job that we do and praise and recognition is give freely for a job well done. Most importantly, I have fun everyday when I go to work. Although we do work hard, the culture of the company promotes fun at work.
Cons
As we are a large company.... Sometimes some of the processes can be alittle involved... requiring several levels of authorization.
