      Pros

      Remote opportunities. Friendly staff. They teach you everything you need to know. They give a decent amount of PTO and paid holidays. Health Benefits and 401k is offered.

      Cons

      There is a lot of black out dates you can not use PTO. Schedule is not very flexible. MIP recently became more difficult to meet.
