Constant, chaotic and utterly non-sensical directives are given by management constantly. Some things we're measured on now, we're not even informed how. No consistency or clear direction are just two reasons why anxiety is high, while trust &morale are tanking. Outright gaslighting by management is increasing. Overall, a sinking ship, unfortunately.
