      Employee focused. Lots of odd people find it home. Friendly. Lots of low level perks. Decent pay for a call center.

      Cons

      HR and management dishonest. Vegas is showpiece sell cheap overseas tech support. Always trying to get over on Client. Rely on personalities rather than substance.
