Pros
Working for Telus Mobility is probably the best retail job one can have. Dealing with technology and interacting with people was great! I sharpened my sales skills and got to play around with some pretty cool phones/devices. People I worked with were also great.
Cons
One of the downsides of working for TELUS Mobility, is advancement to higher positions. Performance is not enough to secure a higher position. Supervisor/Managers are brought from the 'outside' .
