This is a great place to work if you are independent and love to have control over your work. You will not be blamed for other employees mistakes. A great opportunity to learn a ton about mortgage, even if you have been working in the industry for awhile.

If you are someone who needs a lot of human interaction and needs a lot of work friends, this may not be the work culture for you.
