Pros

You will learn a lot about the mortgage industry. Flexible schedule. You can come into the office from 5am-10am each morning without having to contact your manager. If you are a person that thrives on a quiet atmosphere free from human contact you will flourish here.

Cons

Extreme micro-management, unfriendly supervisors, and the moral at TenA is very depressing. Interaction with co-workers is not acceptable unless you are a supervisor. The divide between auditors and supervisors is very apparent. Small company so not much room to grow.

Any positives have long since disappeared. There has never been a Plan B when interest rates go up.

Cons

Almost two dozen of my long time colleagues were recently laid off in the harshest way possible. Every day we all wonder who is next.
