The company is coming in very ambitiously and changing many things for what seem to be the right reasons

A LOT of change all at once can feel overwhelming though it seems to be with good intent. Compared to previous owners of the company we have lose some high value benefits such as tuition reimbursement and disability insurance at a low cost with other benefits being more expensive than previous years
