My manager was personally interested in the success of his team.
Cons
The corporate culture is struggling to change and has an assembly line mentality. Longevity within the organization is the only thing given credibility in the workplace. New employees (less than 5 years) are largely ignored, and constantly told by all levels of management that they need to be around longer in order to "understand" how things work in the company.
