Pros
Great pay, bonus and super friendly co workers.
Cons
The company had a voluntary retirement offer a couple of years ago. The call center was understandably not included because we're too easily replaced and are always hiring. Many of the jobs that needed to be re-filled, were filled, largely by phone representatives. TIAA has done a poor job at restaffing the call center and thees over 100 fewer people taking calls. It is really leading towards burnout for me and others.
