The company provides great benefits and the staff is very cohesive. The company is focused on expanding and they are very productivity driven with cost in mind.
Cons
Mandatory to work longer hours and difficult to move ahead out of the call center even though there are support structures to help you advance it is still difficult to tie what is available into your schedule. The company runs by number metrics and sometimes it may be difficult to meet all of these metric. Change procedures too frequently. Hard to move ahead if you don't network
