-TIAA-Cref pays very well. -When I started my employment with this company, there were many hiring freezes. Now it is easier to move around in the company, -Many employee cohesiveness initiatives.
Cons
-Management was not always professional. -Some departments look down on others and that is reflected in the yearly bonuses, if you receive one.
