Great coworkers and non-senior management. That's about it.
Cons
The priorities of senior management are not where they should. Instead of spending money wisely, the current head of marketing spent several million dollars just to have a hip hop song about retirement written. And now they are laying off people and moving a lot of marketing jobs overseas to India in order to save money.
