Pros
The only real benefit TIAA offers is a great retirement plan but even that even has an outdated, minimum vesting period of 3 years. Issues withdrawing funds, on top of that.
Cons
Employee DISSATISFACTION is very high at TIAA, based on managerial reports I was privy to. This is based on a scared worker mentality, from what I observed over the years. Toxic workplace. Primary focus under new management is diversity and inclusion and not necessarily hiring the best candidate.
