Memories of what TIAA used to be, when senior management cared about the client facing employees more than making themselves look good.
Cons
Senior leadership is inept, uncaring, and content with driving TIAA into the ground while they lie and spin everything to make it appear to their bosses that everything is fine. Change is constant, but always executed horribly. T seems to be more interested in running for political office than leading a company.
