No training for their managers or any ongoing training for other positions. They just let the people who suck at their job remain poor preformers. Their technology is the worst in the industry, they are okay with systems being broken and unusable all the time. You will have one system or another down just about every day of the week. They refuse to move their forms online for e-signature, requiring a ridiculous amount of physical signatures. Overall a failing company that prefers to stick to the status quo instead of innovating and moving forward.
