Steady income that I can count on. Which is really just a basic attribute for this type of company. Nothing special.

Cons

Pay is on the low end for this type of business in this part of the country. My position requires work every other Sunday but offers no incentive to work Sunday. Just straight pay. 401K match is bare bones.
