Pros
The pros of TIDI are few and far between. There’s a certain amount of flexibility that does exist but the same exists in a number of other far better suited businesses following the at home boom from Covid.
Cons
Promotions come at a premium and only when you fully agree with the kool aid drinking of leadership. Be prepared to work for a child that doesn’t have the ability to speak to other adults and come to a common consensus when trying to achieve a goal with the business in mind. Promotikns will be dangled in front of your face with excuse after excuse as to why you’ll never get one. Then when you choose to go elsewhere as a result of no longer wanted to hope the carrot will fall, silence from your manager. Senior leadership will have their own pile of excuses as to why this was the case as well. If you’re considering working here in a role that is not on the manufacturing side, just don’t.
