Pros
The staff are hardworking and genuinely care about their work. Generally, the leadership is flexible with schedules.
Cons
Such a huge disappointment. What the management team says and does are two different things. During my hiring process, they made promises that were not kept, nor did they even attempt to keep those promises. The management team does a poor job communicating the direction of the company, upcoming changes, activities within different teams (many teams work in a vacuum), etc. They quickly terminate staff who are not performing without attempting to coach and develop them. There is no clear performance review process (or there wasn't when I was employed) with documented development actions to help grow the staff. The management team has their favorite staff who they rely on heavily, but rarely give others the opportunity to develop new skill sets.
