Good pay and benefits, but poor leadership. - Systems Administrator TISTA Science and Technology Employee Review

Managers cannot lead. They are very unaware of project status and what their employee's are going on the task. This makes the customer unhappy and questions the leadership's ability at the project management level. It is clear they do not do well in this area from speaking with the client and other personnel involved. They have said they take care of the employees.......cannot say I saw any of this. As the contracts end the employees are let go. It's just business right??
